Just use a old backup or ask someone with cfw to make you a new moveable.sed, you dont need to buy anything

You really haven't been keeping up with the unbanning sequence I guess. They already figured out a way to unban themselves having one console.

The 2 3DS method is the only one that works if you haven't done a system transfer though.

You just need a new moveable.sed, doesnt matter where u get it from. Plenty of people still have theirs from the backups during a9lh installation. This also means u can create new ones with a hacked 3ds and system format

I highly doubt ninty would use the word "baneada" in an official email. For those interested you can bypass the eshop ban fairly easily (you will lose your NNID and acces to bank and history purchases) if you have a CFW we don't know if the ban for online gaming is permanent though but there is also a way to bypass it

If you haven't connected online before release date you should be fine, if you have connected and you are not banned you have to possible outcomes:

> You are lucky and won't be bann even if you connect now

either way you won't know for sure untill you connect so i would just do it and be done with it

No need for them to take legal action for the bans.

In essence they can basically ban you forever without bothering to do any legal action and they would be perfectly ok to do so.

This ban appears to have only hurt legitimate consumers who bought the games early. Yet another reason that Nintendo and Gamefreak deserve to have their shit pirated.
>>
>>30037954
Good idea in theory but I'm not sure you've thought it through. What if a kid's system's time is wrong, and for some reason it's three days in the past, and he goes online today? He would get banned.

Now, if Nintendo followed ANY paradigms from the last decade, the system would sync its time when it goes online. But since Nintendo is a xenophobic piece of shit they still don't do anything right with their online accounts and the internet in general.

Also who the fuck is CALLE and why is he in every captcha?

>>
>>30042685
I know this is b8 but this is literally the first time Nintendo has ever done anything against people who have gone online early and/or with illegitimate copies of the game. Up until now, it was perfectly safe to go online with downloaded ROMs, so there was absolutely no precedent for this, absolutely no reason to expect Nintendo would do anything since they've never done anything before. Now there is a legitimate reason to be cautious when going online with roms, albeit Nintendo probably doesn't give much of a shit about other games.
>>

>>
Anyone know if system transferring from an unbanned 3DS will remove the ban?
>>
>>30042868
>why would you do it before the game launches

Because, as I said, this is the first time Nintendo has actually done anything against people who go online before the release date. NOW there is an actual precedent against going online early, but before now, there was not. I understand that, with every other game console, going online with roms either gets you banned or simply doesn't work, but as you said, Nintendo is the difference. They seem to just be starting with retaliation against rom users. There never was before.

I mean they even banned people with legitimate copies of the game. It's not the customer's fault for a store selling something early. What if a normie living under a rock went into a ma & pa store on the 17th, saw the new Pokemon games (that were available to purchase thanks to ma's ignorance and pa's impotence), found his 3DS under one of his many medium-sized pebbles, and got banned for trying out this new 'wonder trading' thing? The only thing beyond the limits of retardation is Nintendo tbphwumn

>>30043363
Okay so first of all, I bought both games, and though I did also download them early, I didn't play online, and I am not banned. So, I don't understand the accusation that I am a hypocrite, but by all means, perhaps you know something I don't. It is fallacious to assume that I'm using this as 'cover bait' due to the fact that I know things about pirating and the situation in general.

Second of all, please cite your statistics. Anyone can make up statistics, 73% of all people know that. Though I personally think more than 99% were pirates deh sue.

Third, while your last sentence is technically true since literally anyone can file an appeal, it appears as though not everyone that had a legitimate game is able to get unbanned. There are cases where people with legitimate early copies have been unable to have their ban removed. These could be fake stories created to fuck around with people. But this could also simply be due to ignorant customer service people, ones that have yet to be educated about this situation.

Fourth, have a picture of a Rock-type Pikachu for shits and giggles.

I don't understand what's so boastable about starving the company that makes the game, to be frank. Y'all realise you're the cancer that kills the industry, right?

Don't give me any of that "I'll buy it if I like it" or "I need to see if it's good" crap. That's what the demo, game reviews and youtube previews are for. Don't tell me copying it isn't stealing either, because it's just as unlawful under copyright law. Can you not just exercise some basic patience and contribute to the industry?
>>
>>30047008
You do know S/M was shipped at more than 10 million copies? Even if you doubled the piracy userbase, that would barely affect GF/Nintendo let alone "starve" them.

I pirated the game because I like money (it's not worth the price here in Canada).

Can't you just enjoy your life before the game is released? Or do you think life if better when you have everything when you want it?
>>

I think life is shithole and the only enjoyment is Pokemon, why should I wait for something which is already on market and make up some random reasoning behind it?
>>
This only applies to idiots who went online before the 18th. Ive been trading on the gts aince yesterday and doing missions in the festival plaza on the lurantis cia. Not so much as a hiccup.

im too scared to sync my game id though and purchased a copy of sun to pass my mons over to when i complete the regional dex

>Yet almost every other people who paid for the game before the release waited for it
Because they had to

>Then why did YOU had to play it before instead of waiting as everyone else?
Because I could

Can't you just enjoy your life before the game is released? Or do you think life if better when you have everything when you want it?
Life would be better if you could have anything you wanted whenever you wanted it.
Tell me you wouldn't agree with that.
I had the power to get the thing I wanted so I did.

Can you go online with a legit copy in Europe or will you get banned?
I got it from some store that broke street date and now I'm terrified of going online and being mistaken for a pirate.
I mean, by the time of the actual release date, I'll be finished with the damn game, so I wanna be able to use the network stuff while I play.
>>
>>30049227
No.
>>
>>30049341
Not him, but "no" doesn't answer his question completely, you know. No, he can't go online, or no, he won't get banned?
>>
>>30049359
You can't go online.
>>
Just unbanned myself. That was easier than I thought.
Good thing I hacked my bros 3DS too
>>
>>30049433
I find it amazing how legitimate players aren't able to go online even if a store broke street date, only makes future players paranoid that they might get banned just because they might have an increased play time or whatever.

Speaking of that last point, does having a higher play time (like 20 hours on the 18th or 23rd in Europe), or an early adventure start date result in a ban, too?
>>
So let me get this straight
>nintendo bans anyone who went to online whether its leaked cia or legit copy
>you are safe if you don't go online until official release date
>pirates can lift the ban with hacks
>legit copy owners won't get their bans lifted

Ok.
>>
>>30042668
What kind of kid isn't obsessed about his console and keeps the time on it wrong?
>>
>>30049957
Worst part, you have to abandon your nnid so you can't access pokebank anymore so everything is lost
>>
>>30049855
No, do you people really not understand how this shit works? They see an access to the server and since this access is not possible legally every access point (console and nnid) got banned. No one will waste time and money writing complicated checks when banning idiots already works great.
>>
>>30050072
Unless you're using the homebrew bank, that is.
>>
>>30036375
Permanent if you're a retard, I unbanned myself easily and I'm playing online again just fine. Nintendo once again excels in security.
>>
>>30050072
>>30050119

But all these bullshit is easyly avoided if you don't go online until the release day? Then again, why would anyone go online before release day?
>>
>>30036567
btfo piratefag
>>
>>30050210
For me it was simply
>Finish everything the game has to offer in 3 days
>"Oh well, may as well see what online has"
>Wondertrade some shit
>Get banned obviously, expected something like that to happen
>Unban myself day 1 and go about playing other games online again
>>
>>30050088
That's fucking retarded, though. They never did this before, and suddenly they started banning EVERYONE who just happens to go online before release date, pirate or otherwise? That's stupid as fuck.

As someone who's studying programming, making a check for cartridge and digital version is NOT fucking hard nor complicated. All you need to do is check for whether the game's physical or digital. If the game's physical, then immediately the check is finished with no ban. If it's digital, then it gets a bit more specific. In total, you get around 8 lines of code. That's not complicated, nor hard, so fuck off with that.
>>
>>30050210
A brave man tried the wondertrade.
He told us it was safe.
Some fell for it and traded for days.
Some of us just didn't risk it.
>>
>>30050210
Being retarded or not giving a fuck
>>
>>30050235
why?
>>
>>30050210
Because why not? Nobody expected it.

They could've very well pushed a firmware update that would ban people who played SM before release, no online needed.
>>
>>30050279
And why write anything when it's easier, faster and cheaper to just carpet ban anyone breaking the terms and playing online before release? They have only themselves to blame for not having a lick of sense and going online before release date in a biggest 3ds release of the year
>>
>>30050487
Carpet ban legitimate consumers that can sue you for effectively breaking your product when they aren't breaking any terms, themselves. Shift the blame from the store that fucked up to the consumer. Sure thing. You'd fit right in the ranks of shitty companies.
>>
>>30051020
Less than a percent of banned retards are those legitimate customers, no one cares. Common sense still needs to be applied, store breaking the release date doen't give you an indulgence. It's not hard to wait and not go online for few days.
>>
>>30046301
The guy who mad luma has publicly said not to use it as it is detectible.
>>
>>30051429
If you read the whole thing, he says to switch back to your old a9lh.
>>
>>30051429
I mean he was already banned, right?
>>
i'm enjoying the lulz from this whole situation

you guys that pirated the game and went online are so dumb you deserve to be banned. Has it been confirmed that people that got the game early from stores that broke street date have also been banned?
