Don't. If you want to try and do anything with stats that were trash to begin with, give it trick room so it can outspeed everything else. Even then, It'd probably be useless.

I was using Innards Out and Lefties with
>Recover
>Toxic
>Pain Split
>Taunt

Spam pain split when the other Pokemon is poisoned and then recover when you're over half health.

I managed Toxic stall and KO two Pokemon in two different battles. He's fun to use but overall he's just too gimmicky.

I forgot to mention that I toxic stalled and then KO'd the Pokemon with Innards Out.
The thing is if you Toxic and then Pain Split the other Pokemon, you're almost guaranteed to take out the Pokemon with Innards Out because you will have more HP after leftovers.

I had max HP and 0 IVs in Defenses and hindering defensive nature
