got the game from micromania, no badge sadly but I can confirm that u can go online without worries thanks to australia who also has the pal version. I have no problems encountered so far, also got the mystery gift etc. other europ friends who got their copy early also didn't got banned. I don't think nintendo will bann half france for getting their game on american release date since its official out now.

Spain is the worst country for release dates,they usually respect it.
