bump because im having the same issue. every time i find a berry pile i just pick up the berries instead of getting attacked by crabrawler

Got one by complete luck, been using it since. She has been real useful honestly, don't think it'll be with me all the game though. To get it you need to SR in front of fruit piles, seems quite rare.

It's just down to luck, don't even think soft resetting works. There's just a chance in any berry patch in all of Alola. There's more berry patches on MeleMele. If you've used them all either wait until tomorrow or you'll just have to wait until you find another patch.

Possibly, but I'm always hesitant with messing with the clock on 3DS games. It can runi time-based events. Like the Sun & Moon demo, it prevented all progress from being made permanently.
