What makes Normal Arceus so good is the fact that it gets STAB Espeed usually combined with a Life Orb. Silvally unfortunately doesn't have that going on for it. It also lacks recovery which Arceus. I still think it has potential as a Normal type, but Fairy, Water, Steel and Ground might be the most common.

Fairy sylvally is one of the few viable faries with physical bulk, so that alone gives it a niche. The rest of the forms have the same issue: there is already something UU or OU that would do its job better.

Dark Silvally looks decent. Dark is a surprisingly good defensive typing.

Electric can be cool too. It's a physical electric type with a move better than Wild charge (Multi-attack).

Electric, Ghost, and Fairy
All 3 of those lack a good Physical move, so Multistrike gives them a good niche. Electric is also immune to paralysis and has only 1 weakness, while the other 2 are simply good types in general.
