Liquid voice doesnt buff the power of the sound moves, though. Strongest sound based move it gets is hyper voice so its just a 90 bp water spread move. Might as well use surf.

If ANYTHING, Primarina got the shaft in the hidden ability department. Liquid Voice is a gimmick compared to the utility of Scald and sheer power of Hydro Pump. It would've been better if Liquid Voice provided a damage boost so it would outdamage Hydro Pump to be worthwhile.
