In all seriousness, you might want to delete COMPLETELY (CIA+Ticket) Lurantis' leaked ROM and installing a valid CIA from Freeshop. If Nintendo already got your "home call" from your 3DS, you might be fucked anyways, but if not, better safe than sorry.

Of course, be sure to backup your save file (and restore it afterwards).
