Incineroar is a lot slower and it'll take huge damage from Hyper Voice if not just getting OHKOed like a lot of other mons.

Mega Gardevoir by itself is already a very good mon, Tapu Lele does more damage than Hyper voice with P Terrain-boosted Psychic while being not only being able to hold an item, but also not takes the Mega slot. Also immune to Bullet Punch.

It's very likely gonna be S-rank if not suspect'd.
