They'd probably be lower than OU. But Smogon is dumb about that, despite it being a hell of a lot more manageable than what they did with Baton Pass.
I can understand the reasoning for the various megas. I can understand the reasoning for Aegislash since it only HAS one ability I don't know if it IS broken or not because I wasn't playing, but I understand the reasoning behind booting to ubers something determined to be Too Strong that doesn't have an easy way to negate said strength
I don't understand why they can't just boot Protean Greninja and Speed Boost/Mega Blaziken to ubers and keep the shit ability ones in lower tiers, considering Ubers really IS a banlist for the general tiers, and so they should be trying to keep things out of there if there's an easy way to do it.

Smogon doesn't like complex bans. If you start having the same pokemon in two different tiers due to their abilities, than that just creates a slippery slope. More and more people would start asking to do this for other mons, and eventually they'll ask to have different movesets in different tiers. I think you can see why that would be a problem.

Also, unrelated, but if baton pass was so much trouble, they should've just banned it outright instead of making it literally not work at all like in the games. Most of the other clauses are things that can be replicated in game by saying Don't Do This and sticking to it (and thus the clauses are enforcing that), but holy fuck baton pass clause.

Rotom-W can't switch in, it needs to enter after Blaziken nets a kill to KO it back.
If you switch in Rotom-W in ANYTHING, it will get in KO range of HJK.

And you're absolutely fucked if you switch in in HJK; since it can dispatch just with Knock Off or any other 100% acc move.

Blaziken doesn't dominate the metagame anywhere where it's allowed. Why would it be broken in OU? I don't get it. It couldn't even use Baton Pass after using Swords Dance because of the retarded Baton Pass clause. Smogon sees Blaziken as some sort of mythical all-devouring beast that they're not going to allow in OU even at the beginning of a new generation even though Mons like Aegislash and M-Mawile are back, yet M-Blaziken has never been a dominant force in Battle Spot Singles for example. Why? Could some smogonfag explain what suddenly makes Blaziken the strongest Pokemon in the game when talking about OU?
