Also the ban type depends on the error code. Some first offense people HAVE gotten a 15 day ban. Others including first time offenders still got a permanent ban. Myself included. Head on over to /hbg/ on /vg/ if you want to find a way to get unbanned.

Personally my online is unbanned but my eshop is still locked. I don't use eshop anyway though.
