It seems like it, since I extracted both the old and new movable.sed and LocalFriendCodeSeed_B and they're pretty much identical in the offsets the guy says, so nothing would be replaced or changed in the copypasting process.

Tested this. Works perfectly. I am now unbanned lol.

In Dummies terms let me simply this as best i can

>Boot into Dcrypt9 by turning on your 3DS and holding X (or whatever button combo you used to boot into al9h)
>go into SysNAND
>there should be options there to dump (export) your movable.sed and LocalFriendCodeSeed_B to your sd card, do that.
>Use a Hex Editor, preferably HxD because its free.
>Open up your "movable.sed" file
>hex files read like such

You basically want to find "00000000" and "08" then you want to highligh from right to level until you reach "00000110" and "08"

>open up your LocalFriendCodeSeed-B file
(back it up just incase but you don't need too)
>now press ctrl+A and it will highlight the entire hex. simply press ctrl+v
>save the LocalFriendCodeSeed_B file

>go back indo Decrypt9 SysNAND
>there should be an option to inject (import) the files.
>you only need to inject the new LocalFriendCodeSeed_B file (the one you saved over)

And if everything was good (or if your movable.sed and localfriendcodeseed_b aren't the same hexes for some reason) you should be unbanned. Have fun online.

Hold X while botting up your 3DS, as long as you have al9h, it should boot into a basic black background with white text that give you options to do things.
