Pay no attention to >>30011838; XY had a good premise but it all finished with a trainwreck. DP is objectively the best season due to the characters featured, not only rivals and villains but also recurring ones, including characters from past seasons (May, Gary, Brandon and so) and some great battles and development overall. It isn't flawless, but it's still a great season.

Stay mad, XY ended in such a way that it retroactively rendered the entire season worthless and literally the only two good things to come out of it was Perfect Zygarde wrecking some shit and Serena getting the benefit of a finished plot (which isn't even that much of a good point if you don't give two fucks about muh shipping)
