Speed doesn't really matter much in-game, you'll outspeed most things with even a few speed vitamins/a +Speed nature. Plus it still hits really hard with dat attack

Stakeout Gumshoos hits harder than anything in the game, at least on the physical side, when Stakeout actually triggers. Stakeout is irrelevant in game though.

In competitive he'll find a niche but won't be high tier cause he's slow, frail, and pure normal type.
