It's not just that there is no reason to look at the save file start date, it's that that is tied to your 3DS's set clock and date which could be completely wrong. Your start date could be 9/11/01 for all it matters; it's nonsense, and has no bearing on anything. If they actually start banning for it they will hit lots of legitimate people who never bothered to set the date any different than the default 1/1/2010 when they fired the thing up for the first time.

I leveled my festival plaza to 105 during hacked-phase... and I kept getting shit stores for leveling up (1-2star mostly).

If you turn off the EXP Share then it becomes the hardest mainline nuzlocke game. Totem battles and boss fights will surprise you at how tough things are. The 4th Kahuna actually blacked me out, something I've never had happen in a nuzlocke run before. And then you get to the Elite 4 and fight Hau for the last time and... well, good luck.

Pokemon Refresh is just as busted as Amie was, so ban that too.

You could ban Z-Crystals if you want. They do make Totem fights in particular a lot easier, as a SE Z-Move will usually OHKO a Totem. Against trainers they aren't too bad, though, as at most they let you OHKO one of 4-6 Pokemon.
