I hope as soon as possible, since it was bullshit the thing about Sun and Moon being challenging.

Hopefully soon. S/M being new and shiny made it more than worth the first playthrough vanilla but it really needs t a difficulty hack to make it worth replaying and to fix some of the more retarded Totems.

This is a tangent, but I simply couldn't play ORAS until Rising/Sinking was released. After those patches they were phenomenal games.

I would love the Totems to feel like actual boss fights against overpowered uncatchable monsters and for the Alola trainers to not be so painfully weak.

Removing a few of the hundreds of pokemon centers and those "volunteers" in blue shirt, would also be amazing, the whole game feels too safe and without a single bit of wilderness for what should be a natural paradise.

Your Pokemon have EV trained stats. There is no reason to grind, even with EXP share off. You can beat the game 10+ levels under. It'll be hard, but it's possible.

It's almost impossible to be 10 levels under the trainers you find, even with expshare off.

You will have to try to avoid most trainers as possible, while skipping a good portion of the game, since it has lots of optional things to do, like the battles against Captains and rewards for players that want to explore. The game also shower you with items, to the point you will feel like a Harvest Moon bachelorette, you will pretty much never need to buy anything on the shops outside of pokeballs.

Unless you cripple yourself in every way possible, while limitating the way you play the game, it's not possible to have a challenging experience in a game like this.
