No, when Gen 6 first came out you would still never see someone win a tournament without a Mega Pokemon or Aegislash. Gen 7 Pokemon just suck. The whole place is filled with people playing Gen 7 mons, and the one guy who didn't use them won. Gen 7 mons suck.
