I can finally have a timid latios with HP fire and 350 speed, and not 349....feels good man.

Owl bro's a mixed attacker 107 atk & 100 sp.atk so it can build anyway you want. Most of it's good moves are physical though so I'd say go Jolly and take advantage of it's new "Spirit Shackle" move.

Base 70 is basically the bottom tier of when +speed natures are effective. You speed tie with base 114 speed mons that decided to invest in bulk, rather than speed....Base 110 is the usual target group, but hey more is never a bad thing.

At base 60 you speed tie with uninvested garchomp, Base 102.

Nah Owl has 70. It's still pretty slow, but compared to the other new mons it's fast lol. Plus that Spirit Shackle move prevents switching out, so it's better to hit first before they can.
