I only have it because the last time i tried hacking, it bricked my 3DS, and I was barely able to afford a new one so I decided against any form of hacking that can't be done through homebrew applications like HANS.

You don't deserve piracy for being retarded. The most recent firmware possible on a n3DS is 11.0, and that's if you go out and buy it today. Only a retard would update then instead of waiting for the inevitable exploit.
