I played with exp share off and i was suddenly underleveled when i entered the 4th island but i still had a decent challenge. Supposedly playing with the exp share on is not as broken like gen 6 thanks to the 5th gen exp mechanics.

Shadow Claw is also a good option over Leech Life for competitive.
Wood Hammer also works as it eliminates Quagsire who otherwise walls Mimikyu.
SD Mimikyu can only be stopped by Skarmory, Celesteela and Quagsire. However the former two can be 2HKO'd after Stealth Rocks by having Shadow Claw.
