A9H should be able to just update and go online. If you have the emunand/sysnand setup, then you just update emunand.

Pretty sure this message is for a title update for the game though.

Trying to access the eshop also tells me to update my console, any kind of online interaction tells me to do so. I used to have sysnand and emunand separate but recently installed Arm9 so they're one now.

With A9H, you should be able to just do a system update in settings. If you're on the latest FW already, then I have no idea.
