Well Megas now get their speed buff the turn they mega so beedrill doesn't have to protect as well as others that needed to. Mantine got roost and a health boost. A lot of Pokemon got stat boosts in fact so yeah it's all cool

I'm gonna spoiler them respectively in case you want to know some of them but not all:

Mantine got +20 HP and Roost
Mega Evolution now immediately takes the new speed and ability instead of taking the previous ones in consideration; this means insta 145 Speed M-Beedrill/110 Speed Diancie, for instance, or insta Prankster for Mega Banette; in short, this means no more Protect for Bee/Diancie, instead being able to use other moves Also, Fell Stinger had its BP increased from 30 to 50 and gives +3 Attack instead of +2 if opponent faints, and Diamond Storm now raises def by 2 instead of 1
Beartic got +20 Attack and Snow Cloak replaced with Slush Rush (think that's how it's worded), a new ability that doubles its speed during Hail
Dark Types are immune to Prankster moves, meaning a Prankster Thunder Wave from Thundurus fails against any Dark Type
Alolan-Ninetales looks marvelous, has Hail and a new move that created Reflect and Light Screen at the same time if Hail is active, also iirc it has better SpA and speed than regular but I could be mistaken
