I gave myself a 6IV Jap ditto cause fuck that shit, but technically speaking if a Japanese person spent a few hours(2-3) of their life to get a 6IV ditto so they could trade it for someone else who also did the same thing for a similar ditto. Chaining exists so catching 6IV dittos aren't gonna be too hard.
