I think she's deceptively good when placed in the right circumstances or with good momentum. Like midway battle when significant threats are downed or tappered. She can clean-up or check a good number of mons in this meta (Amoongus, Ferrothorn, Scizor, Bisharp if running substitute and a number of others).

I just want Delphox to get access to Thunderbolt, Charge Beam, and Energy Ball. They all fit realisitcally into its movepool and won't make it overpowered. I really can't figure out why it's being deprived of Thunderbolt. So many Psychic and so many Fire types get access to Thunderbolt and other Electric moves but a Fire/Psychic magician doesn't? Baffling to say the least.
