I don't know how that work, because in reality, you don't have any NNID on your 3DS anymore, but the OLD is still here, so you can do whatever you want without the NNID (NNID is banned).

If i dont have an NNID attatched and still havent updated my 3ds, is there a posibilty i was banned?

For using Decrypt 9, do you load it from the sysnand using exploits such as the homebrew launcher or do you hold x while turning on your 3ds to boot it (using Luma3ds)?
