synchronize makes pokemon you encounter be very likely to have the same nature as the pokemon with synchronize, if the synchronize pokemon leads the party. OP wants to know if 'SOS' pokemon are also likely to have the same nature, or if they're generated without regard to this effect.

It definitely doesn't if they're not out when they're called. I haven't leveled up my abras yet to see if it works when they're actually on the field.
