I have a male from each egg group with 5/6 perfect IV and a ditto for each nature from friend safari with 2/3 perfect IV.
I'll probably transfer all of them along with my living dex to SM in January.

Use an adrenaline orb (you can buy it from the shop pretty cheaply). It raises the rate that the pokemon will call for help and then you just kill the pokemon that spawns while keeping one alive (does not need to be the original one - you can kill it and carry on chaining if you're worried it'll struggle to death as long as there is a second pokemon there who can then call for help).

One adrenaline orb lasts the whole battle and once you get into the flow of things you just keep going until you get the shiny/item/specific called pokemon (some pokemon can call others to help it) you want.
