I ordered from Amazon at the start of November and mine says the same thing, but I live in a major city that has an Amazon distribution center so I'm pretty sure they ship it there, hold it till the day before and then ship it because it doesn't have very far to go and can definitely arrive the next day.
So if you're in a similar area I wouldn't worry

What happens is that Amazon knows it's supposed to be out on the 18th. They actually ship it out two days ahead of time to get it to your home on launch day.

SOMETIMES you do end up with it a day beforehand, especially if you live near one of their distribution centers.

Yes, but the shipping date range is 4-8 days. So the 19th would makes sense for its arrival in that time frame. It's a weekend, and that post office might not be open, so 21. I ordered late in the day, so at most I give them 22.
But it ships on the 21st. You know there are things shipping to Toronto in that time. I'm in an urban area. Mail would be quick moving through here.
If value shipping is listed at 4-8 days on the checkout, there's no reason for it to be 15-20 days to a highly developed area with a lot of mail traffic.
