In the case of Alakazam and M-Blastoise they have to be careful to switch into Bewear, because it may have thunder punch and Alakazam Def can't barely take a stab return from a mon with 125 Atk.

That doesn't turn physical attacks into special attacks you moron. All it does is make none of its moves make contact. It just makes Decidueye immune to rocky helmet, iron barbs, flame body, poison point, etc.

So are we saying that Bewear ran a bulk up on mega rayquaza? Because I can say it right now, that thing would be dead.
More likely would be Bewear getting a baton pass boost, but at that point it is a waste of a useful move on a baton pass pokemon that could be utilized for better moves just to keep Bewear fighting for an extra turn aginst a foe it will not be able to beat. Possibly leading to a -2 pokemon deficit as you made a pokemon just to pump up a pokemon that was doomed anyway in this match up.
