Fur Coat gives it an effective non-invested Defense stat of 312 so that gives it two real niches:
- Fastest user of Parting Shot so a lead set of Fake Out, Dark Pulse, Taunt, & Parting Shot. You could also run Hypnosis if you're a cunt.
- And Fur Coat bulk lets it get a Nasty Plot boost to do some damage with Dark Pulse since, unlike regular Persian, SpAtk is it's highest attacking stat.

Another gimmick would probably be using Z-Parting Shot as a springboard for a sweep by healing the incoming Pokemon back to 100% HP while the opponent is stuck at -1 Attack/SpAtk.

Technician is trash because you give up Fur Coat for a stronger Fake Out, Bite, & Snarl kek.

I don't know if it's just luck but Nanu's fucking Persian fucking flinched me EVERY FUCKING TURN
