Where is Marshadow in the game?

I'm not a pirate with a copy of the game but, if I had to guess, I assume Marshadow is the pixiemon of this gen like Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Manaphy, Victini, and Hoopa and just won't simply be found in-game. You're gonna have to wait about 2-3 years till they're actually revealed with a shitty movie and tossed to everyone like candy via the QR codes.
