Quagsire is more defensive and more suited for stall between Recover, Scald, and the Unaware ability.

Swampert is more offensive, especially with Mega Swampert being tooled for Rain teams as a sweeper/cleaner.

I like them about the same, maybe west sea a little more because it's pink. Never used east sea though since you can't find it early in DPPt or XY :/
