Even outside of the pokemon franchise, can you guys think of any game where the review copy that journalists received was drastically different? If there is some sort of patch, it will probably be to fix minor bugs and framarate issues, but to expect silliness like an entire new hidden island or changes in base stats or more pokemon is just nonsense.
