Honestly if it just got any two of those it'd be fucking great. It can still Spin while Taunted. It can set Web/Rocks almost for sure with Unaware and that bulk. They just chose to... not let it, for no reason. Maybe they thought if they did it would make Shuckle useless, but that's not even right since Shuckle would still have Sturdy and Contrary Shell Smash, also just give Shuckle Foul Play or some shit.
