It's way more balanced than Thundurus.

They either didn't go all out making it good as a physical attacker or deliberately gave it the short end of the stick in the SpAtk department, as a point of balance likely given its Speed and Ability.

The genies are competitive machines. The Tapus display some semblance of balance. Look at Tapu Fini even. If it followed genie guidelines, it would've gotten Recover. Tapu Bulu would've gotten High Horsepower and Fire Punch. Tapu Lele would've gotten Earth Power and Mystical Fire.

can't say for sure, making him a physical attacker hurts bot him and me to the very bone, as he doesn't even get a physical fairy move, and you're stuck with Wild Charge for physical STAB.

in a sense, he's a buffed Electivire, with more speed and a better ability.

When the dust settles people will probably just use him as a mixed attacker, relying on the terrain boost to make thunderbolt/volt switch actually do good damage, with brave bird thrown in there for the coverage.

130 Speed is lightning fast tho, and access to Roost can create some defensive sets and take the Zapdos route.

Dude, Koko is the "coolest/radical" one of all the four. Bulu is more "tough/packed with strength" than cool. Fini leans on the "elegant/majestic" side. Lele is the "cutie pie/innocent-looking" one.
