I'd reccomend either lonely or naughty for pheremosa. that way you can still use ice beam for coverage while still increasing attack with beast boost instead of speed. she's already fast enough and with how frail she is you want to do as much damage as possible. you could also go adamant if you don't want any special attacks. I'd also suggest the natures that boost special attack but Iirc her special movepool isn't as good.
still, you get four of the things so if you aren't trading then you can just cover all your bases.
