Why can't you just transfer one over from Pokebank and breed it in SM?

Yeah, and it's the only sand setter. It'll see some use but it has a poor matchup against Tapu Bulu who will be the most popular lead Tapu once we get out of regionals and people realize that Koko is not supposed to be used as a lead but rather as a backliner.
