It's the only Pokemon to directly benefit from all 4 terrains and has the best Z Move of all VGC-legal mons. Gen 7 is Raichu's time.

Not all on /vp/ are like this even. Raichu is my favorite. I don't think GF hates it. I'm actually very happy and thankful that it got the Alola form.
