>heatmor 2.0
good job gamefreak
>>29931436
more like torkoal 2.0
>fire type
>high defense
Still get cucked by torkoal because drought
>>29931436
Just wait, we don't that just yet....
Fuck do I want it to be good. It looks to.be fucking shit but I want to believe.
>>29931467
Torkoal best turtle tho
>>29931467
They literally chose Torkoal for that so it wouldn't be a forgotten fire tortoise.
>>29931492
it would've been better if it didn't get hardcucked by special attackers
Shut the fuck up and listen to this cuckold

It's nothing like Heatmor. Heatmor has a good design.
>>29931666
turtonator too anon
>>29931436
>t. Smogon
>>29931436
>tfw I wanted to use one until no recovering moves besides Rest
>>29931502
Torkoal wasn't best turtle until last week, Anon.
>>29931803
its just bad in general buddy
Y'know now that i think about it, this thing is the latest in a weird trend no one mentions
What is GF's deal with adding single stage, fire type, shit mon in every other gen.
Magmar was the first (though he eventually got a family)
Then Torkoal
Then Heatmor
Then Turtonator
they are almost all universally ugly, boring, and mostly useless.
>>29931436
>>29932926
Turtonator is actually fantastic. While it is slow, it's STABs are almost unresisted, It gets very strong attacks, and even has a kickass sig-move for ingame.
Much better than Shitmoar
>>29931436
Heatmor is one of my favourite designs. Why does it have to suck so much?
>>29933187
Same. Heatmor is easily my favorite Fire mon. At least it got a signature move...even though it's a weak, physical Fire move
>>29931492
He's not awful. Pretty much gets all of dragon's resistances with none of the weaknesses. He's not fantastic, but he'll be a fun AV/specs user. Shame he didn't get rapid spin.
>>29933335
>60 hp
>ground and rock weakness
>no recovery
>no rapid spin
I highly doubt it, anon. Even with the large amount of resistances it gets it's still terrible.
>>29933487
I said fun, not necessarily good.
>>29932926
torkoal is actually good now that it has its new ability, though
>>29931666
>It's nothing like Heatmor. Heatmor has a good design.
>>29931508
Provide literal proof pls
>>29932986
Also shell trap apperantly trigger with any physical attack, not just the ones that make contact, I excited to test this thing in a double battle and see if I can trigger its signature move being hit by its partner.
>>29931502
>>29932825
It's a tortoise
