They show up in Roggenrola hordes but its only like a 5% chance

Its one of the last few Pokemon I need for my competitive dex, which i'm trying to wrap up before SM comes out.

Sounds like an easier encounter in the new games, but I don't want to wait till January to be able to bank my full dex.
