I haven't done postgame, but as far as I can tell no. They're the Pokemon of a nightmarish alternate dimension. Though humans can fuse with them, apparently, but I think this was just anime effect and not deep lore.

Lusamine just made Lillie dress like UB-01 because she was incredibly obsessed with them. Lusamine herself was obviously UB-02 Beauty and I like to think that Gladion was UB-02 Absorption.
