it's for doubles, the plan is to protect with araquanid and set up trick room with oranguru on the first turn (mental herb helps preventing taunts), and then fire off powerful instruct liquidations (if you didn't hear about it, araquanid's ability also doubles the power of water moves, essentially making it hit harder than huge power azumarill. I suggested this since it's very easy to make, just catch a bulky oranguru and a attack nature boosting araquanid.

FIRST ISLAND -
The wall
Beachfront, right on the beach
There's a spot at the top of Melemele Meadow overlooking the whole thing.
In Melemele Meadow, there's a tiny cave right to the west. You can crawl through and go through a dungeon to reach Kala'e Bay. In the bay, if you are on a Lapras and explore the eastern edge, you can find another spot right by the out of bounds island.

Second Island -
Brooklet Bay. Roughly halfway through, next to some railings just before you head further down the hill.
On the right-hand side of the volcano. Find the Charming Seismic Sister. Head south. There should be a small ramp leading down. Go down, then north to find another spot.
There's one under the Aether outpost on route 8.
In the Lush Forest, you can find along the upper border, in the same area with the tree that has a Formantis ambush, but slightly before the tree itself. This is also the only place to catch Bounsweet that I know of.

Third Island.
There's one by the chainlink fence in the power plant.
There's one right at the start of Ula'Ula Meadow, right by the Zygarde Cell.
There's one on the way down from Hokulani Observatory.
There's one in the abandoned mart, pile of boxes on the left.

Poni Island
Poni Meadow, right next to the first body of water
Poni Coast, right at the start, the little raised up part above/next to the first big rock.

Nope. Levels are based on EVs gained and percentages of base stats, but get recalculated based on the evolutions base stats after they evolve. Pay attention to the berries in the ground, if there's only a few then there's nothing there, if it's a big pile then you'll face an encounter and then collect about 5 berries instead of 3. Can confirm that some can be fought, but you need to at least beat the Island's Kahuna. Visit the characters in their houses.

The image I'm posting shows Mallow (she can only be found at daytime in Moon) and Kiawe as version exclusive battles, but dataminers found Kiawe's battle data in Pokemon Moon, so you may be able to find him in that game as well.

To spread pokerus, put your infected pokemon on your party (in the middle works best) and then trigger any battle; at the end of it there's a chance to pass the virus to the pokemon adjacent to it, keep trying if it fails.
