No. The Greninja you get from the demo is treated by the game as a completely separate form from regular Greninja, even before Battle Bond activates. It has its own box-sprite and everything, and it can't be bred. The same goes for Zygarde: as far as the game is concerned, Aura Break 10% Zygarde and Power Construct 10% Zygarde are different forms from one-another, so you can't Ability Capsule to swap them.
