When you use Adrenaline Orb, I heard there is 100% of chance that every Pokémon will call for help. But like, if a Shiny appears, how do I catch it in that chain?

Like there has to be only one pokémon in field. And if every end turn they call another, how do you get the chance to catch it without things like Paralyz or Sleep?

Sorry if I messed up the mechanics of SOS Battle, I still didn't played it but I have this doubt.
