probably allowed, but very interesting with their stat spreads
pheromosa at 151 speed, and 137 mixed attacks, putting her in third for highest speed.
nihilego is a special tank, and buzzwole the physical tank, with good HP and respective defenses, plus high respective attacking stat. kartana becomes third highest attack in the game, with pretty decent 109 speed. And they all get moxie 2.0.

It's got decent bulk with an Eviolite, why not give it Stored Power or Baton Pass? Morning Sun or Moonlight depending on the version, and Bob's your uncle.
Even without Eviolite, it could be a handy user of Z-Splash and Baton Pass.
