I'm planning on running an all-offensive one in-game. It gets Trop Kick, High Jump Kick, Play Rough, U-Turn and a bunch of shitty Special moves

As for a competitive moveset, I have no clue how to make any Alolan Pokemon competitive to begin with

120 Attack, 78/98/98 Defenses, 72 Speed. Slow but bulky basically. It has decent support moves and Synthesis for recovery.

You need to level up Comfey until learns Play Rough, then breed it with a Bounsweet. Also remember that Comfey has a 1/4 male ratio and Bounsweet is 100% female.
