The speed in general for gen 7 is more based on in-game challenge so shit feels harder.

I hate the ears and the placement and shape of the mouth. Everything else is great.

I think white ears would've gone better overall, working well with the color of its paws.

- It doesn't get Levitate as a Hidden Ability.

- Coverage is still shit.

- Alolan Raichu ONLY has base 95 special attack. I wish Game Freak reduced its attack even further so it could then be used to boost special attack.

100% agree with all of this. Levitate would have been interesting as HA because you could have mind games of what you might be running, E Terrain or without it. It should have gotten Moonblast and Surf as well, as well as 110 Sp. Attack.
