He's still pretty good later though, especially with that insane special attack. If you don't have anything else planned for "very late" mons you can catch it there.

It's basicly a less bulky Goodra but with very good recovery. I'd say it'll lurk around in UU. Would be awesome to see it OU but I think that would be too good to be real.

I believe they're exclusive because Turtonator's explosive head and shell resemble the sun and is more "flashy/dangerous-looking", wheras Drampa's head and lower body resemble clouds and has a more "calm/peaceful" design.
