These wont be legal though. It will say they were obtained through an event whih they obviously does not exist. Its would be easier just to inject them in the old fashioned way

Only QRs that are generatable on PC right now are the Pokedex ones, which give pokedex entries. Only real benefit to PC generation is QRs for pokemon not in the Alola dex.

This doesn't mean genning implemented by gamefreak.

Obviously I, as all of you, am very much interested in that, and it may be possible in the end because gamefreak used a weak type of RSA encryption as protection (only 768-bit private key, 1024 or 2048 is standard), but for now it's not in the realm of possibility -- the first step to it would be cracking an RSA-768 prime, which is definitely non-trivial.

I am seriously considering setting up a distributed sieving system/renting computing clusters to crack it, but that would be a long-term project that wouldn't happen until next year at least, probably, barring more technically-skilled people getting involved.
