Crabominable is a yeti crab, and the Chinese word for yeti is the same as their word for snowman. Presumably the leaker missed the word "crab" and the translator guessed the wrong definition without context.

Tapu Fini is a swordfish, and if you've ever been in an "animals that aren't Pokémon yet" you would know that the Pokémon fanbase has a habit of confusing fish with dolphins. Apparently the Chinese have just as poor a grasp on zoology as Americans do.
