You don't need to have Lunala with you for it to appear. It's just hard to encounter. Even with Max Repels active, I couldn't find the fucker. Then, after my last Repel run out, I found it after 2 encounters.

You can create as many Zygarde as you have cells. Any 6th gen Zygarde you have can also be broken down into extra cells (I genned a box and pushed it well past 100) or even converted into a Power Construct Zygarde while retaining its level, EVs, IVs and ribbons.

It costs 100 cells to make a Power Construct Zygarde to begin with so if you supply a 50% Zygarde it should only cost 50 but this is something I haven't actually checked myself because I was caught up in crunching a bunch of them down.

You can have any amount of Zygarde in different forms you want as long as you have the cells. 10% costs 10 and 50% costs 50.

100% Zygarde isn't a form you can access outside of battle, it's like a Mega Evolution that triggers when its health falls below half when it has the Power Construct ability (both 10% and 50% can have this ability).
